Enclosure series BendLine® - Great variety of shapes by multiple bending techniques

The new enclosure series BendLine® impresses with its great variety of shapes realised by bending the aluminium plates in different degrees. The rounded edges give the enclosures a shapely individual design.
The standard enclosures of the series BendLine® suit perfectly for the packaging of printed circuit boards in the standard dimensions half, normal und double eurocard. Additionally, four different heights are available as standards.
The enclosures consist of aluminium plates, that are bended in different angles and connected with aluminium profiles.
A galvanic treatment and a painting make them EMV-compatible giving them nevertheless a robust surface and a beautiful design.
With different ways of bending, screwing, manufacturing of front plates and optinally coloured plastic trim strips as well as painting in different colours, the enclosures offer a great variety for individual designs.

• by default painted in RAL 7035 light grey / special paintings in other coulours are possible.
• standard dimensions for half Eurocard 80x100mm, eurocard 160 x 100mm and double eurocard 160 x 200mm
• standard enclosures in the heights 60mm, 80mm, 100mm und 120mm available
• upper and base parts with bendings in 90°, 45° and R10 available
• front plate/back plate flush and countersunk available
• front plate/back plate available in different versions: without screws or fixed with 2/4 screws.
• prepared for insertion of printed circuit boards or mounting plates in counter thickness 1,5mm und 2mm
• wide scale of accessories (e. g. feet, handles, cable glands, mounting plates etc.) is by default deliverable.
